Choosing between pictures

We have to further examples of pictures we took at our shoot. These are two very similar images, the mies-en-scene is fairly similar. However we cannot make a decision between both pictures. The natural light in both pictures are something we really liked and think it would be admirable. Both fit the ideology and convey a message that we will further investigate. We shall therefore continue to edit both pictures and take audience feedback on which ones we think are the best.

Location Moodboard

This shows the location we plan to film the dance scene of our production. This is a local location called 'The Twelve Arches'. It offers us a mixture between rural and urban setting, that reflects our narrative. We think the 'creepy' and 'haunted' look of the setting will inspire the narrative. We have chosen this location because of this.

How does the Music Industry work and how does this affect us?

Weather Check

On Friday we plan to shoot our photos for the cinematography aspect of the video, these still images will be of young women wearing masks and props in the outside world (Long grass, on steps etc.), the weather on Friday is described as ‘sunny’ and reasonably hot (15°C), this is essential due to the fact that the photos need to of a nice sunny day, which is clear and bright and ‘looks’ sunny.

Here is our questionnaire, we will begin to ask people these questions as soon as possible, we will photograph the interviewee holding up the slide with their answer circled, we will then take a photo and create a montage with this to present it, then we will analyse the data to see what we can get from the results.
